What is "soft washing" and it's process?

Soft washing is a cleaning technique where we use low pressure and let the soaps/chemicals kill algae, mold and mildew. We use this technique instead of high pressure washing where we could damage the siding and roofing. Soft washing is the recommended cleaning procedure from manufactures.

How should I prepare for a cleaning?

Down below are a few preparations for our services. If your service you are requesting is not listed we will discuss them when scheduling.

Roof and House Services

While we are servicing we require all vehicles out of the driveway, all windows shut and all exterior lighting off. For everyone entering or leaving during service time be aware that we will have equipment, hoses, ladders and other possible tripping hazards. Our chemicals may stain clothes.

Concrete Cleaning

We require all vehicles out of the drive way and the area to be clear of obstacles.
